O passageiro terá de cumprir as condições de segurança e demais instruções do operador
Em caso de cancelamento do voo pelo cliente sem aviso prévio de 48H não haverá lugar ao reembolso do referido valor
Em caso de cancelamento do voo por motivos de mau tempo ou de força maior só haverá lugar ao reembolso do valor pago não havendo direito a qualquer outra compensação seja a que titulo for
Rotas de acordo com a descricão
Tempo estimado de voo
Valores por voo (até um máximo de 3 pessoas), salvo indicação em contrário.
Valores incluem IVA à taxa legal em vigor

Sales terms

Passenger must act accordingly to safety rules and other operational rules of the fligth operator
Cancelation of the fligth booking due to customer less than 48H prior to the date of the fligth - no reimbursement of the payed value
Cancelation of the fligth booking by the fligth operator due to weather conditions or "force majeure" - customer will be reimbursed for the payed value without any other additional compensation for whatever motive
Routes accordingly to description
Estimated flying time
Values per flight ( up to 3 passengers), unless stated otherwise
TVA included at legal value at fligth date

乘客将必须遵守安全规定以及其他飞行员的操作规定
客户方取消航班，如未能在出发日期前48小时退订-已付金额将不予退还
飞行操作方因天气恶劣或其他不可抗拒力取消航班，将退还给客户已支付金额， 不带出于任何动机原因的附加赔偿
飞行路线根据描述而定
飞行时间为预估时间
价格为每个航班价格（最多3名乘客），除非另有说明
增值税已含，由飞行当天的法定税值而定
